Grass Valley Capoeira will be taking part in a martial arts presentation on July 31 and have invited us to participate as well.  There will be other martial arts featured there as well.  Contact information can be found below.  Times are from 10am to 4pm.

What is Capoeira?

Capoeira is a Brazilian martial art consisting of music, movement, and rhythm.

Capoeira is a constant flow of movement as players explore creative interactions that range from dance to fight, while non-playing participants still play through music. Players learn new instruments and sing songs in Brazilian/Portuguese.

It is a dance-like fight, A fight-like dance, A song, A way of life.
